Alternative forages – including sorghum sudan, triticale and rye cover crops – have provided conservation, soil heath, and feed benefits for Tony Brey’s dairy farm in Northeastern WI. Tony is an active member of Peninsula Pride Farms and the Door Kewaunee Demonstration Network.
