Why we went with spring wheat in our rotation

Here we are in the process of stimulating the soil health on the new-to-us farm. This will give us the opportunity to greatly increase plant diversity on this land that has been stuck in a corn and soybean alternation. (Notice it takes more than two crops to have a rotation.)
