Over the past several years the Hmong American Farmers Association (HAFA) has been working with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Minnesota on several EQIP (Environmental Quality Initiatives Program) and Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) projects including high tunnels, grass waterways, pollinator habitat, and wetland restoration.
