Ken Laing is a lifelong experimenter who has been exploring this question recently through a Living Lab supported by Agriculture and Agrifood Canada, the Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario, among other partners. It’s one of the ways he is pushing the limits of healthy soil for healthy people and a healthy planet.
