Merging 9 Ton/Acre Cover Crop

Join us as we see first hand how local farmers Robb & Luke Miller and their families use cover crops to grow three crops in 2 calendar years. Today we rode shotgun and took this short video as the merger prepared the triticale for chopping. The “trit” was running about 9 tons/acre in the better fields. Right behind the chopper and trucks the Miller family was no-till planting soybeans. So come along as we look at alternative ways to grow more forage!
